Job Responsibilities and Duties of the Cleaning Stewards
This is a cleaning services job in Nairobi and therefore it will center mainly on provision of the services as follows:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning and disinfecting surfaces in both residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard and within the allocated time.
- Follow the cleaning schedule and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor or management.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and coworkers.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Complete any other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
